※ Main contents of correction notice

1. Apartment floor area ratio in the leading district 143%

2. Number of floors of business land in the leading district 20~27, 20~30

3. Commercial paper credit rating of A20 or higher

4. Submission of the letter of intent to participate in the project 2022.2.3.(Thu) 10:00~15:00

5. Addition of the use seal report and corporate seal certificate among the attached documents of the letter of intent to participate in the project

Busan Eco-Delta Smart City National pilot smart city SPC In connection with the public offering for private sector operators, in relation to the change of use of business sites in the leading district (officetels are allowed up to 20% of the total floor area or less), and the change of the minimum number of floors (10 → 20 floors), According to the Special Act on Zone Utilization, the change of the implementation plan of the Busan Eco Delta City waterfront zone development project has been approved (Ministry of Environment Notice No. 2022-28, Feb. Please refer to page 22.1.28 of the Notice) for reference in writing the business plan.
