  •  Regarding the relaxation of restrictions on the target area for the acceptance-response passenger vehicle transportation business

– Demand-response transportation business is allowed only in the demonstration area selected by the operator

  • Electricity use is also permitted for outdoor advertisements using transportation.

– The project period is limited to 2 years in terms of equity with other examples of substantive special cases granted
– For feasibility verification, the implementation scale is limited to a part of the vehicle (5 units) at the start stage
– One advertisement is displayed on the side of the vehicle to prevent the distraction of other vehicle drivers, such as limiting the display on the rear of the vehicle and video screen
– For the screen display method, M5 of the digital advertisement pilot project such as taxi display is applied (only still images are allowed, screen duration at least 1 minute, screen switching time up to 2 seconds or less)
– To prevent safety accidents, limit the display of advertisements in residential areas and protected areas such as children at night
– In the case of other civil complaints such as light and pollution, the indication method is adjusted accordingly
