– In case of an emergency, a remote doctor can provide prompt emergency treatment to the emergency responder through medical guidance using a smart device (image transmission).

• Cloud-based healthcare

– When citizens use mobile or IoT devices to store health data in the cloud, based on this, the citizen health management center provides non-face-to-face customized health management services such as nutrition counseling and lifestyle correction.
