The public competition was divided into two categories: the infrastructure construction project, which is a state subsidy project for local governments, and the balanced development project, which is carried out as a budget project by the Korea Land Information Corporation to minimize the burden on the local governments at the county level and to provide support only to the county area. A virtual space with the concept of a digital twin will be built in the target site selected as a pilot project, and a solution model to solve various urban and social problems tailored to local needs will be demonstrated.
