India is very active in working with various countries to attract investors. Maharashtra is one of the key regions for national industrial development and has always maintained the top position in India's GDP contribution, industrial output and tax contribution (direct/indirect). This is because Maharashtra has a strong manufacturing and service sector.

The first industrial complex was invested by the Indian federal government (49%) and the Maharashtra state government (51%) and is being developed with active support from the government as it belongs to the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor. .

The second industrial park is located in the Raigad area, very close to Mumbai and has a geographical advantage as it is adjacent to the Dighi port. Basic work such as land acquisition has been almost completed and the master plant and infrastructure will be developed at a very rapid pace, and the focus will be on the pharmaceutical and bulk pharmaceutical industries.

The third industrial park will be near the Mumbai Bangalore highway near the Satara district. The focus industry is targeting the electronics, semiconductor and microchip industries.

MIDC has developed more than 287 industrial parks throughout Maharashtra. All of these industrial areas are well developed and can be utilized with the surrounding industrial ecosystem, so in addition to these three major industrial parks, investors can invest in industrial parks distributed throughout the state. Maharashtra has a single-window permitting process that supports all necessary permits from various state ministries, addressing business investment challenges. In particular, as Mumbai Port, JNPT Port and Dighi Port are being developed in the future, it also has the advantage of easy import/export.

In particular, with a coastline of 309,000km and 6,210 ports, it accounts for about 720% of India's total cargo transportation. warehouse). In addition, in the case of power, which is a major infrastructure, it has a total installed power capacity of more than 55 MW, so there is no problem with plant operation. Utilizing the state government's FDI support policy and advancing in cooperation with Indian companies in line with India's Make in India trend, it is a good way to advance overseas even if it is considered as one of the industrial complex candidates that can be used as a window for Korean companies in Southwest Asia. this could be
