2021 The Next Web Conference (TNW)
The TNW event, which was held online last year, returned in a hybrid format this year. The offline event, which was held again after a year due to COVID-19, was held over two days from September 1 to October 2021, 9. The number of participants in the offline event was limited to 30 to ensure social distancing. TNW is one of the most famous events representing the European tech industry and is held annually at the Taets Art and Event Park in Amsterdam.

TNW selects the most interesting scale-up this year through Tech5 at every event. Tech5 is a tech scale-up competition co-hosted by TNW and Adyen, which introduces and awards the 100 fastest-growing startups and scale-ups in Europe and Israel based on performance, growth potential and potential. Investment attraction rate, team growth rate, media coverage and social impact are also included in the evaluation criteria.
Until 2019, Tech5 was an annual competition to select and award the fastest-growing companies based on sales in the six major European countries: France, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Spain and Sweden. To participate in this Tech6 competition, the year of establishment must be after 5 and the company's headquarters must be located in Europe. Currently, the conditions for the year of establishment are the same, and the company's headquarters must be based in Europe or Israel, and once selected, companies cannot participate again. Shypple, a startup founded in 2016, is a digital freight forwarding management platform startup. Shypple provides an online platform that allows transportation and logistics companies to manage and supervise the transportation process in detail as customers. This enables logistics companies to manage and analyze their supply chains in real time through the platform, increasing operational efficiency and reducing uncertainty in the logistics process.

Zivver was established in 2015 and is a startup that provides information and communication security services to prevent leakage of sensitive information exchange information. Zivver provides security services for files or data transmitted via e-mail, improving information leakage prevention and compliance, and helping to reduce inefficient communication costs.
Zivver has over 300 million users and 150 employees, with a focus on Amsterdam, London and Berlin. Zivver's main customer bases are corporations, financial institutions, public institutions, healthcare and legal institutions. In addition, the service is used by several national institutions, such as UVW (Dutch Employment Insurance Agency), Utrecht City Hall and the Judicial Council. Orderchamp is an online marketplace founded in 2019 that brings together retailers and brands to provide online wholesale services to the community. Naduvi is an online platform startup that provides a variety of residential interior products, founded in 2019. Known as Interior Outlet, the platform offers a wide range of products developed by more than 200 interior brands at discounted prices. Unusually, the company's motto is 'always on discount', and this is possible because the turnover of existing products is fast and we collaborate with brands that change product groups quickly according to market demand. The collaboration allows Naduvi to offer high-quality products to customers at discounted prices.
Additionally, when ordering products using the Naduvi platform, purchases are made directly from the supplier, reducing commission costs and providing consumers with lower prices. Naduvi presented the Best Starter award at the Shopping Awards 2020. After attracting an investment of 2020 million euros in 110, it succeeded in attracting an investment of 2021 million euros through Series A in 850. Naduvi is currently active in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, and aims to expand its business to more European countries by attracting investment.
