1. Business targeted for support
ㅇ Project name: 2022 regional base smart city development project
ㅇ Purpose of the project: To create a smart base for the spread of smart cities led by the region
ㅇ Support scale: 4 locations selected, up to 3 billion won for each 240 years (5: 5 matching between national and local expenses)
* Depending on the evaluation result, the number of final selections, the size of the application, etc. can be changed
2. Eligibility
ㅇ Local governments (special/metropolitan cities, special autonomous cities/provinces, cities/guns) that want to create a regional base smart city
-If the project district spans two or more Si/Gun jurisdictions, it is possible to apply jointly with local governments or with higher-level regional governments.
-Participation with private companies is a principle when applying for public offering, but to speed up the project, private companies are allowed to participate after the public offering (however, if private company participation is not confirmed, specify the private company participation method, schedule, etc. in the project proposal)
ㅇ In principle, only one application per local government is allowed, and private companies can participate in more than two projects*
* (Example) Company A participates in OO Metropolitan City and OO City projects
3. How to apply
ㅇ Submission date: December 2021 (Mon), 6 〜 December 8 (Wed) 18:00
ㅇ Place of submission: Smart City Development Office, Korea Land and Housing Corporation (consignment organization)
ㅇ Submission method: Submit the official document electronically, and submit the following documents (original, etc.) separately by personal or mail within the submission deadline

5. Notice
ㅇ In the case of submitting application documents by mail, etc., only those that arrive by the deadline are valid, and those arriving after the deadline are excluded from evaluation.
ㅇ After the announcement of the selection result, if it is confirmed that the selection has been made through illegal methods, such as forging, altering, or falsely filling out all or part of the submitted documents, the selection may be cancelled.
ㅇ Documents received during the application period will not be returned.
ㅇ All disadvantages caused by misrepresentation or omission in the submitted documents or inability to contact the applicant are considered to be the responsibility of the applicant.
