Incheon Metropolitan City announced that the '2021 Incheon Robot Industry Innovation Cluster Development Strategy Conference' will be held online and offline on December 7th at the Incheon Robot Land Robot Tower for cooperation and development of the robot industry.

The conference, which will be held under the theme of 'With Robot, a new wave of the Incheon robot industry,' will consist of various programs such as thematic lectures on government policies, robot technology, Incheon and robots, and a talk show on the direction of the Incheon robot industry. .

First, Jin-woo Jeon, director of policy planning at the Korea Robot Industry Promotion Agency, gave a lecture on environmental changes and robot policies after the post-coronavirus under the theme of 'robot industry policies and tasks', followed by Oh Jun-ho, who became the father of HUBO by making Korea's first bipedal humanoid robot. Emeritus professor at KAIST will start a keynote lecture on the topic of 'Domestic and foreign robot industry and technology trends'.

After that, at the invited lecture, Incheon Technopark Center Director Suh Sang-hyun and Incheon Robot Land CEO Park Cheol-hui gave 'Introduction of Incheon Robot Industry Innovation Cluster and Major Policies for Incheon Robot Industry'. Dr. Won-sik Won-sik of Incheon International Airport Corporation and Dr. Han-soo Kim of Incheon Transportation Corporation plan to deliver 'Incheon Airport Service Robot Status and Introduction to Development of Autonomous Driving Technology for Mobile Boarding Bridges' and 'Urban Railroad Robot Utilization Cases and Advancement Plan' respectively.

In the talk show that follows, 'A new wave of the Incheon robot industry... Under the topic of 'What is the future direction?', there will be a place for robot-related industry, academia, and research experts to discuss the future direction of the Incheon Robot Industry Innovation Cluster.
