① The operation time and place of the autonomous driving robot, the scope and purpose of shooting, and the processing method of the captured image, etc. shall be disclosed in advance through the method of installing and attaching information boards so that all information subjects can know.
② Limit the video recording time and scope to a minimum so that the rights of an unspecified number of people using the demonstration site are not infringed.
③ Personal information (personal image, vehicle number, etc.) among the images captured by the autonomous driving robot shall not be separately stored, and shall not be used for purposes other than monitoring and remote control of the autonomous driving robot unless there is a special basis in the Protection Act or other laws.
④ Voice calls shall be used only in case of emergency or emergency, and the contents of the call shall not be used for any purpose other than responding to emergency or emergency situations of citizens without a special basis in the Protection Act or other statutes.
⑤ Implement safety measures such as prohibition of external export of personally identifiable video information and call details, and encryption when sending and receiving video information and call details;
⑥ Establish a management and supervision system such as establishment of an internal management plan for video and audio information, designation of a person in charge of management, etc., and take countermeasures to prevent infringement of personal information, such as deleting related video and audio after achieving business objectives (Protection Act) Article 21 (1), Article 16 (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, Article 25 (7) of the Protection Act, Article 25 (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act)
⑦ Comply with the protection principles and precautions in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act for the safe management of personal information, and actively cooperate with the Personal Information Commissioner's request to check whether the special verification project is being faithfully implemented;
