③ Personal information (personal image, vehicle number, etc.) among the images captured by the autonomous driving robot shall not be separately stored, and shall not be used for purposes other than monitoring and remote control of the autonomous driving robot unless there is a special basis in the Protection Act or other laws.

④ Voice calls shall be used only in case of emergency or emergency, and the contents of the call shall not be used for any purpose other than responding to emergency or emergency situations of citizens without a special basis in the Protection Act or other statutes.

⑤ Implement safety measures such as prohibition of external export of personally identifiable video information and call details, and encryption when sending and receiving video information and call details;
