For trainee selection, 1 trainees are finally selected through the 2st stage qualification screening, 3nd stage document screening, and 52rd stage interview screening, and the selected trainees are completed at the 「Gyeongnam Smart Farm Innovation Valley」 Youth Incubation Center ('21. The Smart Farm Youth Startup Incubation Program is an introductory course (2 months) that provides basic theoretical education on smart farms and facility gardening, an educational practice course (6 months) centered on smart farm practice and field education, and This is a 12-month professional training course, including a management practice course (20 months).
The theory and practice courses support on-site guidance and advice from smart farm experts, and through 20 months of long-term training, they can fully experience the second cropping season, which helps young people to prevent trial and error, such as farming failure, that can occur in the farming field after starting a business.
