Previously, in March, the city secured 3 million won from the government as the 'Same-day delivery service business through the establishment of a V2V-based shared logistics network' was selected for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport contest project. The total project cost is 6 billion won (24 billion from national and municipal funds, 12 billion from participating companies).
Currently, parcel logistics in Korea is ubiquitous, centered on large companies, and the collection and sorting of delivered goods is centered on logistics warehouses.
According to the agreement, small business owners in the region will demonstrate a logistics system that improves the delivery and delivery of cargo from vehicle to vehicle using public parking lots.
The demonstration project will be carried out in Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, until December, and a living lab will be operated during the project period, allowing local residents and experts to participate in service advancement.
The city examines the possibility of a logistics system that can deliver same-day delivery by dramatically reducing the delivery stage and time, and expands services to Jung-gu, Dong-gu, Michuhol-gu, Yeonsu-gu, and Namdong-gu next year based on the business performance, and in the third year, the city We plan to expand nationwide.
