On June 6 (Wednesday), Daegu City signed a 'Mutual Cooperation Agreement for Fostering the Future Automotive Industry' with the Automotive Parts Industry Promotion Foundation (Chairman Oh Won-seok) and the Intelligent Automotive Parts Promotion Agency (Director Myung-ho Myung-ho) at the Dalseong-gun Intelligent Automotive Parts Promotion Agency.

The signing ceremony was prepared to connect human and material resources between institutions and to establish a mutual cooperation system to support the transition of local auto parts companies to future cars and to foster and develop the future car industry.

The 'Automobile Parts Industry Promotion Foundation' is an institution established by auto parts companies to strengthen the competitiveness of the domestic auto parts industry. and is currently participating in MOTIE's strategic design for future car business restructuring and innovation support for auto parts companies.

It has infrastructure and was designated as the 'Daegu Future Car Conversion Comprehensive Support Center' in January 2022, and is implementing various corporate support policies* for the future car conversion of local auto parts makers.
