All employees of the Bupyeong Water Purification Plant participated in the drill, and in the event of an oil spill from the first water purifier condenser within the plant, they conducted on-site training in response to accidents, such as accident reception, situation assessment, reporting, and dissemination, according to the manual.

In particular, in this drill, a precise and rapid response to water pollution incidents was conducted by conducting smart control drills such as dispersant spraying using drones and digital analysis through shooting training videos.

Eung-gil Lee, head of the city's waterworks business division, said, "The most important thing in case of water pollution is quick and accurate accident response. We will do our best for production and supply.”
