Cheonan City has installed a 'Smart Garden' in the Buk-myeon Administrative Welfare Center to provide a pleasant environment for civil servants.
Smart Garden, created to improve the working environment of workers, reduce fine dust, and provide a pleasant environment, is a new type of garden that maximizes healing, rest, and ornamental effects by introducing plant materials suitable for indoor spaces and plant automation management technology. .
In the smart garden, 930 plants were planted, including skin dabs, sapphires, aurora, table palms, and coral water, which are excellent indoor purifying plants that absorb and absorb volatile harmful substances in the air and supply fresh air.
In addition, smart gardens can lower maintenance costs and increase management efficiency by combining automatic watering systems that automatically supply moisture according to the growth state of plants and automatic management technologies such as growth lighting that adjusts the growth environment.
With the support of the Korea Forest Service, the city invested a total of 2020 million won in 3 to install it in 10 places including industrial complex occupants and Cheonan Medical Center. After completing the creation of smart gardens in 2021 places including the fire school, a total of 1 smart gardens are being operated, including the Buk-myeon Administrative Welfare Center.
