This business agreement was prepared to promote the use of C-ITS (Cooperative-Intelligent Transport Systems) based on communication big data collected from the Changwon-si regional base smart city development project and the establishment of a smart signal system.

Major agreements include the provision of traffic data necessary for the creation and operation of a smart city in the transportation field, improvement of the signal system using traffic data from Changwon City, support for infrastructure construction according to the creation of a smart city, and support for providing services necessary for smart city operation.
