The council will participate in the 3nd smart city council capacity building program conducted by experts in the smart city field for three months after its inception.

The program consists of education, living lab (living lab), field trips to best practices, and briefings, and is held once a week.

The education is carried out in an open way in which some of the lecture topics and field trips for each small group are decided by collecting opinions from the public and private sectors during the curriculum.

Shin Young-jae, Mayor of Hongcheon County, said, “We want to create a smart city so that residents can live in Hongcheon with a better quality of life.” We expect that it will play a key role in the formation.”
