On the 28th, 「The 6th Intelligent Informatization Master Plan Establishment Working Group Workshop」 was held
Incheon Metropolitan City (Mayor Yoo Jeong-bok) announced on the 28th that it held a working-level workshop to establish 「The 6th Incheon Metropolitan City Intelligent Informatization Basic Plan」 for digital strategy preparation.
「The 6th Incheon Metropolitan City Intelligent Informatization Master Plan」 is a statutory plan for the establishment of Incheon City's intelligent informatization vision and development strategy, which is established every three years in accordance with the ordinance. The city plans to promote the intelligent informatization project by linking this plan with the annual action plan.
On this day, about 100 officials from cities, counties and districts, who are working-level promotion groups for the establishment of the basic plan, attended the workshop to share cases of intelligent informatization and digital conversion, identify new demands for intelligent informatization by department, and discuss development plans.
In particular, special lectures were held to share government policy directions and cases of digital transformation, and sub-group discussions were held to collect opinions from each field of municipal administration.
As the first special lecture, Hocheol Song, CEO of Platform Business Division at Douzone Bizon, gave a special lecture on 'Digital Platform Government Promotion Direction and Cases of Innovation', and as the second lecture, Professor Hyukin Kwon of Chung-Ang University gave a special lecture on 'Crisis and Opportunity of Local Governments in the Era of Digital Transformation'.
The working-level promotion group was divided into seven subcommittees, including safety/environment, economy/industry, and space/city, and a demand survey for future models to discover tasks in Incheon and discussions on tasks to be reflected in the 7th basic plan were conducted.
In the future, the city plans to conduct in-depth interviews (July-August) centering on the tasks discussed in each division, and to confirm implementation tasks through continuous interviews with the person in charge (August-October) to materialize the tasks.
