Hongcheon-gun (Governor Shin Young-jae) held a briefing session on the smart mobility service model for the 8 Smart City Council and employees at 24 am on August 10 at the Hongcheon-gun Office Conference Room.
At the briefing session, the 2023 Smart City Council explained and answered questions about the electric vehicle sharing service and BIT (real-time bus arrival information service), which will be covered in the process of developing and demonstrating the Hongcheon-type smart mobility prototype service model (Living Lab). .
The electric vehicle sharing service is a concept that can contribute to reducing the number of vehicles and reducing parking difficulties with the concept of converting one electric vehicle into a public vehicle during business hours on weekdays and into a shared vehicle during non-business hours, weekends and holidays on weekdays. In addition, BIT is a concept that can contribute to improving the convenience of using public transportation by guiding real-time bus arrival information.
In 2023, the smart city council will conduct research and experiments on ▲BIT (real-time bus arrival information guide) installation through Living Lab in the future.
A military official said, “The Hongcheon-gun Living Lab will be a venue for the smart city council to apply their ideas to the smart mobility service model described today and experiment with solving local problems.”
