Held a generative AI data platform preliminary consulting interim report on the 31st.
Province plans to establish data governance for data service integration and introduction of artificial intelligence
Announcement of customized service scenario using generative AI with participation from Google, Naver, and Amazon
Gyeonggi Province is introducing a variety of services using AI, such as a verbal kiosk that can help the elderly use kiosks, which are difficult for the elderly, and AI medical consultation for the elderly and foreign workers.
On the 31st, Gyeonggi Province held an interim report for the 'Gyeonggi Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Platform Pre-Consulting Project' in the conference room of the Gyeonggi R&DB Center and shared opinions on the introduction of empirical services using generative AI.
The game-generating artificial intelligence (AI) data platform preliminary consulting project is a project to support the efficient integrated management of data, which is the core foundation of the artificial intelligence era, and the expansion of artificial intelligence adoption, and a total budget of 4 million won will be invested.
We plan to diagnose Gyeonggi-do's overall data management system, prepare measures to integrate data opening, analysis, and statistical services, and establish a mid- to long-term roadmap for building a Gyeonggi-do artificial intelligence data platform.
What caught the eye on this day was the plan for a demonstration service plan using generative AI in cooperation with administrative agencies such as Gyeonggi Province Youth Opportunity Department, Gyeonggi Business District Promotion Agency, Hwaseong City, and Bucheon City, as well as Google, Naver, and Amazon.
Gyeonggi Province, together with these organizations, provides ▲'verbal kiosk' for the elderly and the disabled, ▲'AI medical consultation' for the elderly and foreign workers, ▲'AI bookbot' service that allows children and parents to find books in natural language, etc. We plan to pursue this.
AI medical consultation is a preliminary stage of diagnosis rather than actual treatment. We are planning a plan to find out in advance what kind of disease your symptoms are through consultation with artificial intelligence and link it to actual hospital treatment.
We are also planning to promote an administrative support demonstration service, which is an 'AI policy chatbot' for youth policy consultation. ▲ Search for necessary public data in natural language and use the ChatGPT function to review no-code data analysis (analyzing data without coding). It's in progress.
Once the verification service begins, Gyeonggi Province expects to improve the quality of life for residents in various areas, such as resolving the inconvenience of using kiosks for the elderly, improving medical accessibility, and improving the convenience of using libraries. In addition, it is expected that the efficiency of youth policy consultation using AI will be improved and data utilization will be revitalized through AI search and one-click analysis services of Gyeonggi-do's open data.
Jeong Yeon-jong, head of Gyeonggi Province’s AI Future Administration Department, said, “By building a generative AI data platform, we will be able to lead the commercialization of AI technology and verify its practical value in various fields, from services closely related to the lives of residents to improvements in administrative work.” “We will do our best to discover and spread innovative services that can be applied to and improve administrative efficiency,” he said.
