October 31st~November 1st, 4th K-UAM CONFEX Special Exhibition Hall Operation
Incheon Metropolitan City (Mayor Yoo Jeong-bok) announced that it will hold a special exhibition at the 31th K-UAM CONFEX for two days starting on October 4st.
K-UAM One Team**, which became a hot topic by successfully completing the world's first safety verification of all stages of urban air mobility (UAM) from ground movement to flight and landing (Grand Challenge* Stage 1), is participating.

The K-UAM One Team successfully performed a total of 3 scenarios ranging from normal operation scenarios of UAM aircraft to abnormal response and collision prevention management in the integrated operability verification conducted at the Goheung Aviation Center in Jeollanam-do for about a month from March 11, and is currently preparing for the Incheon Ara Waterway route verification.
Through this special exhibition, Incheon International Airport Corporation presents a blueprint for UAM airport shuttle service linked to the promotion of Incheon Airport Vertiport, and Hyundai Motor Group
Supernal, a U.S. Airborne Automated Mobility (AAM) corporation, is exhibiting a scale model of its next-generation air mobility aircraft, the 'S-A2'.
In addition, Hyundai Engineering & Construction will present a UAM-based future city and mobility hub model, Korean Air will present the development process of a UAM operation control system and traffic management system, and KT will present the results of developing and verifying a UAM traffic control and aerial communication network.
In addition, there will be a variety of content planned, such as exhibiting the results of the first stage of the K-UAM One Team's previous Grand Challenge and presenting a future demonstration flight plan, providing an opportunity to check the current status of the UAM business in Korea.
In addition, major organizations and companies in the UAM ecosystem, such as Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI), SKT, Kencoa, Rovigos, and the Korea Aerospace Industry-Academia Convergence Institute, as well as companies from the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority (IFEZ)’s Aviation Smart Manufacturing Supply Chain Special Pavilion, will create a space where people can experience the present and future of UAM across eight zones.
Meanwhile, visitors to the exhibition hall will experience the present (“Metropolitan city, INCHEON”) and future (“Future Air Mobility City”) of Incheon, a hub city in Northeast Asia. Through various exhibitions by companies that make up the urban air traffic ecosystem, the process of Incheon City’s present meeting UAM and transforming into a future smart city was planned to be experienced along with the latest aerospace technology, such as UAM aircraft exhibitions and control flight simulator experiences.
Kim Eul-soo, the director of the Ministry of Oceans and Aviation, said, “This time again, with the participation of the best companies and organizations leading the domestic and international UAM industry, K-UAM CONFEX is solidifying its status as the top-level UAM convention in Korea,” adding, “Through this, we will solidify Incheon’s position as a leading global UAM city and contribute to Incheon’s leap forward as a first-class city.”
