ㅇ The conference venue will be assigned by the WSCE office among the conference rooms in BEXCO Exhibition Centers 1 and 2.
ㅇ The conference is planned and operated with the applicant's own budget, except for the support items specified in the announcement and matters separately discussed with the WSCE Secretariat.
ㅇ All contents of the 'Application for Participation' will be used only as reference material necessary for event operation, such as conference selection and conference room assignment (non-public).
ㅇ If necessary for conference selection, event operation, and promotion after selection, additional information may be requested beyond what is stated in the application form, so please cooperate.
