Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development Corporation (KIND) conducts feasibility studies for our companies to enter overseas infrastructure and urban development projects. FundingProgram DetailsWe are recruiting as follows:

 ※ Funding support: After the business proposal company applies for a feasibility study (F/S) project, the business proposal company directly orders the service provider and KIND pays the cost to the business proposal company.

 1. Eligibility : Overseas construction business operator according to the Overseas Construction Promotion Act * All consortium members must submit an 'Overseas Construction Business Registration Certificate'

 2. Projects eligible for application : An overseas infrastructure/urban development project in which an overseas construction company participates in development, construction, and operation management as the project owner, which is a construction or operation type investment project.

 3. Scale of Support : The amount of support for each project will be determined later, taking into account factors such as the size and difficulty of the project.

   * Support amount: Up to KRW 5 million per case based on MOLIT support standards

 ** Support items: Projects directly ordered by the business proponent to conduct a feasibility study Outsourcing service costs

  (Outsourcing service fees are calculated and settled according to the guidelines in Attachment 3)

 – Large corporations/public institutions: Cash contribution obligation of 30% or more

 – Mid-sized companies: Cash contribution obligation: 20% or more

 – Small and medium-sized enterprises: Cash contribution obligation of 15% or more

 4. Recruitment period : 2025.10.31 (Fri) ~ 2025.11.27 (Thu) 17:00 (KST)

 5. Screening and selection : Scheduled for December 2025 (separate announcement or individual notification when the schedule is confirmed)
