As a government-funded research institute in the land and construction sector, the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology operates the 'Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology Family Enterprise,' an industry-research institute R&D community in the land, infrastructure and transportation sector, to resolve technological difficulties faced by small and medium-sized enterprises, enhance technological innovation capabilities, and promote mutual cooperation.
We are recruiting new applicants for the 2025 "Korea Institute of Construction Technology Family Company" program. We ask for the participation of interested small and medium-sized enterprises.
1. Eligibility
– Small and medium-sized enterprises eligible for issuance of a ‘Certificate of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise’ from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups
- Application for support from one of the company representatives and the head of the affiliated technology research institute
※ In case there is no affiliated technology research institute, the head of the research and development department
2. Submission Method
○ Submission Deadline: Until 18:00 PM on Friday, November 28, 2025
○ Submission method: After completing the family business application form and other documents (forms), submit them by e-mail.

○ Documents to be submitted:
1) 1 copy of KICT Family Company Membership Application Form
2) One copy of the consent form for use of personal/corporate information and confirmation of sanctions against the applicant company.
3) One copy of business registration certificate
4) 1 copy of small and medium-sized enterprise certificate
5) If applicable, one copy each of the construction cooperation agreement and technology possession (patent certificate, research project contract) (contract cover)
6) 1 copy of company introduction material
