| The Chuncheon City Government has invested 1 billion in project costs to protect citizens from various crimes, and will install smart security lights in 80 places in the building following last year.
The installation site is recommended by the Chuncheon Police Station and is vulnerable to crimes such as rare alleys and dense residential areas.
Eupmun-dong installation sites include 10 places in Geunhwa-dong, 3 places in Dongnae-myeon, 3 places in Dong-myeon, 9 places in Dong-dong, 7 places in Sodong-dong, 5 places in Soyang-dong, 4 places in Sinsa-dong, 2 places in Gyo-dong, 8 places in Toegye-dong, 16 places in Hyoje-dong, and Hupyeong-dong 13 places to be.
Smart security lamp is a LED security lamp with a built-in black box. Video recording period is up to 30 days, and 20 ~ 30m radius is taken at all times in the installed place.
The city government plans to complete the installation by June after receiving an administrative notice by April 4.
In the meantime, there were a total of 137 places where the black box integrated smart security light was installed until last year.
