Sejong Special Self-governing City (mayor Lee Chun-hee) announced that seven projects were selected in the `` Activation of the National Pilot Smart City Regulatory Sandbox (Regulation Grace Program) '' by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport.

The regulation sandbox revitalization project is designed to freely experiment with the core services of 5 innovation elements contained in the 1-7 Living Smart City National Pilot City Implementation Plan.

The contest was conducted in a free open contest where private companies proposed and executed related technologies and services from the bottom up to implement the core tasks and services of the National Pilot Smart City.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport designated seven innovation elements including mobility, healthcare, education, energy and environment, life and safety, governance, culture, shopping, and jobs. 7 people applied.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport conducted a review by a valuation committee composed of private experts on the projects received in the contest, and finally selected a total of 7 projects.

The seven selected projects will receive 7 million won to 2 million won per project, and a demonstration project plan will be established by December.

After a follow-up evaluation at the end of this year, only the outstanding businesses of around 2 ~ 3 will receive regulatory exceptions and demonstration costs from around KRWNUMX ~ 5 billion per business from next year.

The selected projects include health care (2), life and safety (2), mobility (1), education and work (1), and energy and environment (1). The proportion of services in close fields was high.

In particular, the development of the interactive smart rehabilitation telemedicine solution and the civic sensation smart healthcare service model development project is to expand passive telemedicine only between doctors and medical personnel (doctors, nurses, etc.) to active telemedicine between doctors and patients. It is the main contents.

In addition, the shared personal mobility demonstration project using bicycle paths will establish and demonstrate a demonstration plan for technology elements for convenient and safe operation, and will be distributed and spread as core services of the National Pilot Smart City in the future.
