ONE TEAM KOREA 2.0 model construction by expanding cooperation with related organizations, supporting domestic companies to enter overseas

LH announced on the 3rd that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Korea Export-Import Bank at the head office of Yeouido in Mercury, and will cooperate with each other to advance into the smart city and infrastructure development business.

This business agreement is aimed at expanding cooperation between overseas businesses in the'Smart City' field, one of the eight leading projects of the government's innovative growth, supporting orders from public institutions to expand domestic companies' overseas development projects, and expanding cooperation between LH and mercury. It was concluded to discover new overseas development projects.

In accordance with the agreement, the two institutions included △review of organic linkages between public development assistance projects and investment development projects for overseas smart city and infrastructure development projects, △ using mercury financing to revitalize investment development projects, and △ discovering and developing promising overseas projects. And decided to establish a comprehensive cooperation system.

LH has abundant know-how in developing new urban and industrial complexes, and mercury has various financial support means and experience in supporting mid- to long-term projects overseas.If cooperation between the two institutions expands in the future, overseas smart city development projects and domestic companies' overseas development It is expected to exert a synergy effect on entering the business.

LH President Byun Chang-Hum said, “LH, the largest SOC public corporation in Korea, and Export-Import Bank, a foreign policy and financial institution, cooperate to play a leading role in discovering new overseas development projects and supporting Korean companies' overseas expansion, and further consolidating financial, information, and planning. "I hope we can build a platform for overseas development projects."
