– As of the date of the announcement of recruitment, all residents, office workers, and students in Sejong City 1
– Citizens who can actively participate in preliminary information sessions, inauguration ceremonies and workshops
– Citizens interested in Sejong City's transportation and smart mobility
– Citizens with active will to discover and solve problems of smart mobility in Sejong City

– Preliminary information session: Scheduled at the end of August 2020
– Inauguration Ceremony: Scheduled in early September 2020
– On/Offline Living Lab: 2020. 8. ~ 2020. 12. (Total 6 times, biweekly)
