ㅇ Smart Village is a living lab*-type demonstration complex where you can meet future life and new technologies in advance by first applying about 40 innovative technologies to be implemented in the Busan Smart City National pilot smart city.
* Living lab: A living lab where citizens communicate with citizens while experimenting variously with technologies related to the 4th Industrial Revolution in a space where citizens actually live.

-The 56th household block-type detached house will be the first in Korea to be a zero-energy first-class housing, and innovative technologies in the fields of water, energy, robots, and life will be introduced to make it the first house in the National Pilot Smart City.

-Technology is supplemented through the process of citizens living in person, experiencing demonstration services and sharing opinions, and proven technologies can be spread throughout the demonstration city.

□ The tenant contest was held for 11 days from November 14 to December 34 through the Internet, and about 3 households applied. The highest competition rate was 143:1, which attracted great attention from citizens.

□ This tenant selection was made up of 56 households, excluding the 2nd generation of experience households, among the 54 households, management households (6 households), special households (12 households), and general households (36 households).

ㅇ In order to select tenants who are responsible for preparing for the future together, a document review that mixed quantitative and qualitative evaluation was performed in the selection process for all households, and management and special households were interviewed, and general households will be finally selected through an open lottery. .

ㅇ The management and interview results for special households are announced, and after the public lottery for general households, dongs and lakes are selected by public lottery, and the event is held in a non-face-to-face (untact) manner in consideration of the Corona-19 situation.
