– Utilizing the digital reproduction system when establishing city plans such as Dasom-ri (5-2 living area)

□ The National Agency for Administrative City Construction and the Korea Land and Housing Corporation announced that they will complete the establishment of a digital reproduction system (step 1) and use it for the establishment of urban planning for a multifunctional administrative city.

ㅇ Digital reproduction is a technology that realizes a city similar to the real thing in a virtual space. Through this, it is a technology that simulates all processes from urban planning to construction and operation to minimize trial and error in policy decisions.

□ NAACC and LH have been promoting the development of a digital reproduction system that can be used for the establishment of urban planning for the 5/6 living area, an undeveloped Happy City, since 20, and plan to complete the first phase of the project at the end of March this year and apply it to actual work.

ㅇ NAACC and LH will use the digital reproduction system (step 5) first in Dasom-ri (2-1 living area), which promotes the establishment of specialized plans, and supplement the function step by step.

ㅇ The digital reproduction system developed this time has the function of systematically verifying various factors such as building arrangement, landscape analysis, sunlight area analysis, site building ratio, floor area ratio, and floor height when establishing city planning.

□ On the other hand, NAACC has built three-dimensional spatial information for Happy City, which is the basic data of digital reproductions, in stages from 3 and provided it to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport spatial information portal'V World' and private portals. It is open.

□ NAACC Smart City Team Leader Choi Dong-yeol said, “It is very meaningful to apply digital reproduction technology to the establishment of city planning, and we plan to further complement the function while using it in actual work.” \
