The ongoing trials of connected and autonomous vehicles in the UK offer a way to use roads more efficiently. Especially in recent years, given the importance of delivery of goods and groceries, it has become more urgent. The CAVForth trial, meanwhile, will actually travel 30 miles this year with passengers on autonomous buses.
