□ The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that the <2021 「Seoul Museum of Art」 public art festival – 'Nodeul, than the wind'> will be held from October 15th to November 30th. With the theme of 'Public Art with the Wind of Nodeul Island', this festival provides a time for rest to the busy citizens in the city, and a total of 9 works and programs were implemented in the mobile AR platform.

□ The works that make up the festival are: ▴Shade of the Wind by HAPSA (Cheongang Park, Kyungmin Kwon) ▴Hyeonggeun Park's 'Nodeul, sublime' ▴Bona Park's 'Kotakina Blue 1' ▴Song of the Wind by Sujin Lee ▴A resident artist 3 at Nodeulseom In (Kim Yoo-Jeong, Mungyeong, Kim Ji-Won) is a citizen-participating work 'Windscape', which is a total of 5 points. The above works are implemented as 3D graphics in the AR platform, so you can enjoy the festival on mobile, and they will be exhibited on the lawn of Nodeulseom Island for 15 days from October 17th to 3th. In particular, 3 students from three elementary and middle schools in Seoul participated in 'Song of the Wind' and 'Wind Landscape' to be installed on Nodeul Island.
○ 'Shade of the Wind': A pavilion that moves according to the wind, it is a symbolic structure of the festival and a resting place. Under the cloth blowing in the wind, you can feel relaxed and assimilated with nature.
○ 'Nodeul, sublime' : This is a video work that captures the beautiful nature around Nodeul Island where the wind stays. It is a slow-breathing video that aims to provide the viewer with rest for the body and mind.
○ 'Kotakina Blue 1': It provides a reversal element by providing an artificial sound that is more real than the real sound of nature, and showing the reality through the production video that makes the sound.
○ 'Song of the Wind': It is a mobile-type sculpture that rotates and moves by the wind. Sculptures reflecting light, wind, and nature move in their own orbits by combining principles such as the rotation of the earth and the creation and annihilation of stars, which constitute each microcosm and operate between nature and the audience.
○ 'Windscape': This is a citizen-participated work by 3 artists from the Nodeul Island artist membership 'Do Art Club'. A picture on the theme of 'wind' was made into a postcard and produced as a landscape object along with the words on the 'wind (hope)' of teenagers.

□ Ha Ji-hye's 'Gun, Wind' performance, filmed in the background of the exhibition site, is also released through the AR platform, and three programs that can be enjoyed on mobile phones ▴ 'Wind Dance' ▴ 'Wind Sculpture' ▴ 'Wind Dialogue' To add to the fun of non-face-to-face festivals.
○ 'Gyeol, Wind': This is a performance by choreographer Ha Ji-hye, which expresses the image of a free wind and wishes for a positive future to give fresh vitality to daily life exhausted by Corona. (To be uploaded within the AR platform on the 1st of November)
○ 'Wind Dance': This is a participatory program that reconstructs the choreography of 'Gyeol, Wind' with 3D motion graphics and AR mask filter technology. After recognizing a participant's face, it is combined with graphic body movements to provide a pleasant experience as if the participant is dancing, and a 'wind dance participation event' is also conducted through SNS.
