□ The first step of a future smart city model in which citizens directly lead the city's services with full-scale move-in* of 'Smart Village', a futuristic residential complex where you can get a glimpse of innovative technologies to be applied to Eco Delta City, a national pilot smart city in Busan It started. * Move-in period: '21.12.16 - '22.1.15
ㅇ The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, Busan City, and Korea Water Resources Corporation had a time to celebrate the residents of the smart village in Busan Eco Delta City and share the smart village operation plan on December 24.
ㅇ The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport designated the area of ​​Busan Eco Delta City as a smart city National pilot smart city in January 18.1, and Korea Water Resources Corporation and Busan City (Busan City Corporation) are currently conducting site construction.
ㅇ In particular, the Smart Village is a single-family housing complex (56 households) built within the Busan National Pilot Smart City, and is composed of a space where citizens can directly experience various smart services.

□ Smart Village residents were selected through a public contest held for 11 days from November 14 to December 34 last year, and 2,982 households applied, and the final 54 households were selected.
ㅇ When move-in is completed on January 1 next year, residents will only pay management fees for 15 years and participate in the Living Lab program to experience and improve innovative technologies applied within the complex.
* Living Lab: A lab that conducts research in a space where citizens actually live
ㅇ We plan to provide more user-friendly services based on our experience in using innovative technologies in five fields, including healthcare, robots, smart farms, water/environment, and life/safety, and opinions on improvements.

□ Meanwhile, the 40 services applied to the Busan Smart Village are major technologies that will be expanded and applied to the smart city in the future, and representative service contents are as follows.
ㅇ (Smart Water Purification Plant) Supply efficiency and water quality stability were secured by directly producing and supplying multiple water sources from a nearby distributed water purification plant, rather than a distant water purification plant.
ㅇ (Smart Energy) A carbon-neutral housing complex was realized by applying various renewable energy sources such as solar power, solar heat, geothermal heat, hydrothermal heat, and fuel cell and zero-energy building technology.
ㅇ (Urban management platform) It is possible to remotely manage smart home devices and monitor energy use by linking the management of the entire complex with power and public facilities and smart home platforms for each household.

(Smart water management) Provides a water-friendly information platform that provides water quality and air information for water-friendly activities, and a real-time water care service that can measure usage by use
(Smart Energy) Korea's first 1+++ grade and zero energy grade 1 housing complex by providing renewable energy such as solar power and hydrothermal/geothermal heat
(Smart Healthcare) Health monitoring system, health monitoring and diet management through smart band,
AI trainer analyzes individual health information and provides customized exercise prescription
(Smart Farm) Recycling rainwater to cultivate crops and use of communication space for residents
(Smart Robot) Automatic sorting of waste generated by each household, dedicated to common space management robots within the complex (cleaning robots, security robots, etc.)

ㅇ Meanwhile, 'Urban Tech House', where 19 sprouting companies and industry-university research institutes reside, is also operated near the Smart Village.
– Through this, companies in the Urban Tech House will participate in the Smart Village Living Lab program to demonstrate and improve innovative technologies and to link them so that they can be used to discover business models.

□ At the end of this month, a public offering process for companies participating in the private sector will also be held for the public and private SPC that will create the Busan National Pilot Smart City in earnest.
ㅇ Companies wishing to participate in the Busan Smart City National Pilot Smart City must submit a letter of intent to participate and a business plan in accordance with the public offering procedure.
