Gyeongsangnam-do held the opening ceremony of the 'Smart Information and Communication Technology Professional Training Course' at the Gyeongnam Techno Park headquarters on the 27th and started full-scale education.

Gyeongsangnam-do is striving to nurture smart factory experts in order to solve the manpower shortage and job imbalance in the region in response to the demand of local information and communication technology and software companies that “there is a shortage of professional manpower in information and communication technology and software in the province.”

This course, as part of the 'smart factory information and communication technology expert training project' promoted by Gyeongsangnam-do, is participated by the Bit Education Center, Korea's representative software education institution that nurtures key software talents in information and communication technology powerhouses, from June to December. training for months.

The curriculum consists of 2 weeks of beginner course, 11 weeks of intermediate theory course, and 11 weeks of intermediate practical course.

The beginner course is structured so that even non-majors can participate, and the training is conducted from June 6th to July 27th.

Afterwards, intermediate theoretical courses and project assignments using Java and Python will be conducted for five months from July 7 for those who have completed the beginner course and additional applicants. Through this, it aims to foster smart information and communication technology experts in the province who can be put into the field immediately after hiring.
