□ Full-fledged entry into the domestic and overseas markets through the advancement of real-time road risk information service (RiaaS)

Darisoft (co-representative Man-sik Jeong and Elisabeth Kim Noh), which developed the AI-based real-time road risk information service 'RiaaS', announced on the 55th that it had completed attracting a total of 25 billion won in Series A investment.

 

With this investment, the corporate value was evaluated at a total of 305 billion won through the existing strategic seed round and pre-series A. SBI Investment, E&Venture Partners, DA Value Investment, and Evergreen Investment Partners participated in Series A as investors.

 

With this series A investment, the total cumulative investment of Darisoft has exceeded KRW 68 billion. It is evaluated that Darisoft's competitiveness and unique marketability were recognized for completing the series A attraction in a frozen start-up investment environment due to unexpected economic variables at home and abroad.

 

Darisoft Co-CEOs Man-Sik Jung and Elisabeth Noh said, “With this investment as an opportunity, we will intensively invest in R&D to realize the best service and actively advance into overseas markets to provide global services that contribute to improving the safety of all roads around the world.
