* Gangwon (Gangneung, Wonju), Gyeongnam (Miryang, Sancheong, Haman), Gyeongbuk (Yeongju), Gwangju (Dong-gu), Jeonnam (Mokpo, Muan, Suncheon, Hampyeong), Jeonbuk (Namwon, Muju)

The life-friendly urban regeneration smart technology support project builds smart services in connection with the detailed functions of urban regeneration projects that have been selected and are being implemented to improve local issues in areas closely related to residents' lives, such as safety and firefighting, transportation, and living and welfare. As a project to enhance the effect of the regeneration project, since 20, around 15 places have been selected and the project has been promoted.

In this competition, the evaluation committee (December 12.16) composed of urban regeneration and smart city experts evaluated 'urban regeneration business connectivity' and 'service sustainability', etc., and the total project cost of 109 billion won* (government budget 62 billion won) was evaluated for the final selected project site. , local expenses of 47 billion won).

The main services of the selected site are as follows.

① Healthcare Smart Farm Service (Wonju-si, Gangwon-do)

Wonju-si, Gangwon-do has built a silver care center as a housing support-type project (selected in 19) as a gathering and caring project, and is carrying out a small park and open city vegetable garden creation project to create an affluent village.

It plans to build a healthcare platform in the surplus space of the Geoseom facility to provide data-based customized programs and coaching activity services, and to provide services that strengthen urban regeneration functions by establishing smart farm services using renewable energy.

② Mobility service for the mobility impaired (Muju-gun, Jeonbuk)

Muju-gun, Jeollabuk-do is creating a 'happy 21-year-old healthy city, Muju' by creating base facilities tailored to the elderly as a general neighborhood-type project (selected in 100).

In connection with the theme of the regeneration project, an integrated control platform will be established for the mobility of the vulnerable within the project site, and it will serve as a base for dissemination to the entire local government step by step through pilot projects.

③ Safety and welfare services (Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam)

Sancheong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do is promoting a regeneration project to improve the residential environment through house repair projects, parking lot creation, and street maintenance as part of the My Neighborhood Revitalization Project (selected in 18).

Fire detection and emergency dispatch service for 157 buildings (87% of the total) in the regeneration project site, AI-based safe care service and safety smart pole service for 40 elderly people living alone will be established to strengthen a dense safety and welfare network throughout the project site.
