- Comprehensively consider the basic status of Geoje City (land use, traffic, environment, administration, finance, etc.) and information and communication-related status and reflect them in the plan
- Conduct a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis of Geoje-si to derive CSFs and establish a smart city plan tailored to Geoje-si’s regional characteristics
- Establish a comprehensive plan to flexibly respond to changes in future conditions, such as plans for Geoje-related surroundings and the possibility of applying new technologies
- Presenting the direction of the smart city business action plan in consideration of harmonious linkage with the upper level comprehensive plan established by the country and the smart city comprehensive plan of Gyeongsangnam-do
- Presenting the basic direction of plan establishment by fully reflecting the opinions of Geoje city officials and residents, related administrative agencies, advisory groups, and related experts
